The East Tennessee Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication revives this popular conference at The Chattanoogan hotel and conference center in Chattanooga, Tennessee October 10 - 11, 2008. This 25th PCOC event begins with an outdoor evening reception at the hotel Thursday, October 9 and continues in a multi-track, multi-session format in the conference center all day Friday and Saturday.

Fun fall activities in the Chattanooga area--including a Friday night riverboat ride--make this an ideal conference to attend with family.

Friday's keynote speaker Dr. Mark Mendenhall, distinguished business professor and expert in global leadership, will provide insight into the global corporate culture.

Saturday's keynote speaker, Dr. Kirk St.Amant, an Associate Professor of Technical and Professional Communication will present information based his research on intercultural exchanges via online media and international outsourcing.
